i hope they give big boss battles like re4. re4 was scary enough for me. I don't usually like horror games but re4 was damn good and fun at the same time.
it has long loading times between battles. I don't think there are too many rpg loving fans that own xbox. mass effect was a hybrid and that's why it sold well. 4 discs is bargain tho, so it will sell alright.
i didn't read the article, but no and no to the infinity. Rockstar is confident in their game.
not the hardware sales, but the software sales. There are lots of good multi platform games. no doubt that xbox is going to maintain. Ps3 is going to excel.
the truth about wii is that it doesn't have as many exclusives or you can epic titles as other consoles. One of the big reasons wii is going to fail is because of it's software sales. Sure there is brawl and mario but after that, I don't see too much. It's missing GTA, resident evil 5(which i don't think will come to wii realistically speaking) and lots of companies. The wii is more for people who never played videogames, and for people who are waiting for ps3 to gain momentum.
i am sure XBOTS are coming to rip on PS3 and when they read the article, they would be disappointed.lol

finally someone is taking the steps to solve the problem. I find it hard to grasp, why they make games for pc. Do they sell that well? I mean how many people have high end gaming pc model. not that many. i think they should make consoles their major focus.
i can't believe we are talking about this. Microsoft talks about gta like it owns it. That attitude is not going to fly with sony. talking about system sales, ps3 is going to sell more than xbox because people must have had a ps2, who played gta and wouldn't really think about getting a xbox360. Also there are more ps3 available than elite xbox360. Lower versions of xbox360 would seem to consumers that they won't be able to get the full experience. Also, consumers are not going to be a buyin...
i am actually hoping gta would have impressive graphics. san andreas was really good, but i felt that graphics could have improved a lot in some areas.
all the developers need to share their knowledge of ps3, then we can see some awesome games, especially the first party titles because they know a lot more about the ps3. Also companies need to dump unreal engine 3, and find a new engine to develop for ps3.
it would be nice if sony gave out some kind of beta with gta, but i am pretty sure that gta is going to sell out for xbox360 and the ps3 within a day. wii is going to be left out in software sell, and it would mean more good news for ps3 because higher software sells for sony would give developers more confidence in their investment.
stop whining about the install time, think of it like a firmware update, keep the ps3 running, simple. It's much much much more annoying to have load times even a few seconds longer, so it's worth it. Although i do agree that they could had a option of installing the game on the hard-drive or not.
i don't think gears would make it this year. It's needs a year of hyping before it comes out,lol. but seriously, they can't just make little enhancements and be done with it, it's going to need much more. Microsoft would probably force gears to come out this year if they can't get anything big for the holiday.

the truth is that xbox owners did not care about hd-dvd to start with and price drop wouldn't make them care either, since they know that hd-dvd is not doing good these days.
that was funny Kaz Hirai. it's not gonna matter if hd-dvd quits or not because blue-ray has established a firm foot in the industry. also it has ps3 by its side and will soon have xbox too, lol. does hd-dvd still cost 400 dollars? that's as much as a ps3.
