i noticed the exact same thing...
the gameplay is pretty much there, they tweaked a couple of things and polished the game some more. I mean Gears 1 was great except for the glitches and host advantage plus short campaign. Epic said the campaign will be longer, that they fixed the host issue and that they fixed most of the glitches/exploits from the first, so even though its "more of the same" it should be rated higher than the first cause they virtually improved everything even if it just was by a little bit

I actually use Trophies/Achievements as an indicator of when i should trade-in my games. This works really well for single player-only games. Once i get all trophies/1000 GS it means its time to trade-in the game cause i know i won't touch it anymore

the reason the 360 was selling a lot at the beginning was because of the RROD---> yeap i just said that. People bought up to 4 or 5 360's...i personally had to buy 3 of them. But since last year the RROD hasn't been an issue anymore and people don't have to buy another 360 because the last one they got is still working. So i don't think is a price issue for M$, the people that wanted a 360 already has one...

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you crazy dude... that's one of the worst things on Warhawk...it takes away the skill involved in aiming...i have no trouble killing people on Socom, just increase your reticule speed...
from what you are saying i can tell you just plain suck at the game...
it's an amazing game even with the occasional lag and long loading.
3rd person shooting doesn't need to die.
Warhawk, GRAW 1 & 2, Gears 1 & 2, Socom, MAG etc etc
if you prefer 1st person shooters that's just your personal opinion but i prefer to see my character when i'm playing a game

i rented it yesterday and it's kind of fun but just as a rental. Co-op is really fun but the game as a whole is really dated (graphics-wise/gameplay-wise) Too repetitive. But like i said, for a rental, it has it share of fun plus i get to boost my gamerscore a little bit more :)
or some xbox fan said last year that BETAS weren't possible on the PSN??...or was it the call of duty 4 devs??? And look...3 BETAS running at the same time on the PS3, ZERO on the 360...
