went to pick up Dead Space and Socom and the manager showed me the game but told me he couldn't sell it to me yet :(
hope the game comes out good like a lot of people are expecting... i'm not getting it since this isn't the type of RPG i like. I tried the first one for a a while but just couldn't get into it.
i want Gears 2 on Ps3...thank you very much....
when devs use the PS3 as the lead platform...you get a AAA multiplatform game that both, sony fans and M$ fans can enjoy...

at least visually so far...but the developers said it was the japanese answer to Gears so i'm interested in how the gameplay will be...
the demos and betas are extra...anyone who owns a PS3 should subcribe to Qore, they give you good interviews and videos of the PS3 versions of multiplatform and exclusive games...plus the host is hot :)
at least for the next couple of years...unless they really want to bury the PS3. Blu Ray is the main feature that attract costumers as of now. If they give Xbox a Blu-ray...why would people want a PS3 then?? unless they are reeeaaallllyyy into the sony exclusives.

a Gears kind of gameplay type mixed in there...
are really identical ports from the 360 versions...so i really believe EA is putting the effort...
Dead Space, BurnOut, Skate 2 are other examples...

could last a long time but i think Microsoft and the "Xbox 720" will be the deciding factor here. It's no secret that the PS4 is being created as we speak. I don't think that Sony wants to give Microsoft the head start again. As they have seen, it's hard to come from behind, and they don't want the "xbox is easier to develop for, because we had more time with it crap all over again" They will release the PS4 same date as 720 if not even months earlier. i played both demos and PS3 has no anti-aliasing but the colors are great...while the 360 is very smooth but looks washed out...
Bioshock on 360 is better than the PS3 port...if you have both consoles, get the game for the 360 since is cheaper and looks better. If you only have the PS3 then get it anyway since it still plays great even if is not the best the game has looked. 2K is struggling with the PS3 hardware, if you go to the 2ksports forums you guys would notice that PS3 owners are mad because NBA 2K9 looks crappy on the PS3 and way better on the 360...
you make it sound like they look like TO different games LMAO!!!!...both look very similar and on a 32" or smaller TV you won't notice the aliasing.....
IMO 2K made an excellent work considering the game is a port and it's running on Unreal Engine which was made specifically for the 360/PC...
And put it side by side with the 360 demo which i also downloaded again to compare it...
Impressions...
1. Framerates are equal
2. Sound is better on the PS3
3. Anti-aliasing is slightly better on 360
4. The PS3 looks slightly blurred, not as sharp as the 360 version
5. The PS3 file is bigger
6. Better Bloom effects on the PS3
7. Both run at 1080p

You make no sense...MGS4 played similar but the visuals where jaw dropping compared to the previous ones...it is the first "next gen" Metal Gear...if you want to compare Gears situation compare it to Resistance cause both came at the same time...Resistance 1 was a great game but visually it lacked something even though 12-15 enemies on screen at once was an achievement at the time considering the detail on each enemy, but back on topic Resistance 2 upgrades the visuals significantly...
