I'm being honest here. The only good thing about the 360 is Live (almost typed love lol). However, I don't think it's worth the subscription fee. I can barely afford my Road Runner connection. Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time, a friend of mine lost his subscription and stopped playing with his 360 for almost 2 months. The end.

Steam is free. Yet it's on par, if not better than Xbox Live.
But when it comes to PSN vs Live, yes, I've used them many times. The only good things about Live are cross game chat and the ability to join a friend's game at any time. And we all know cross game chat will come to the PSN sooner or later.
So my opinion? No, it's not worth paying for it.

Codemasters did a much better job with this game on both platforms. Grid was pretty bad on the PS3 but still enjoyable. No need for d!ckwagging all because the 360 has less screentearing that is completely unnoticeable on both platforms.
