Just saying that this smoking, battle hardened, "bad ass", contract giver, sounds like a gentle caring soul. I don't expect the guy who screams incel and virgin at anyone with a slight bit of criticism of the game to understand this.

The really obvious flaws like the writing, repetitive unsatisfying combat and gameplay, were deliberately overlooked. There was a lot riding on this game and it went all in on the politics too so it couldn't afford to lose, so reviews were very controlled. If you were even suspected of being a critic you didn't get a review copy, as was the case with a big pro-DA channel. It's not right what they did.
