Even Cerney admitted his team required ~10TF to output native 4K games, I assume he meant with the level of detail gamers expect in AAA titles nowadays as both mid-gen upgrades already have games at native 4K.
I fully expect PS5 to have about this level GPU grunt, combine that with Zen - good times!
They have been coming through for me...but like 12 times over. COD invites weren't coming through last night but joining lobby's worked. The only other issue i've noticed is PSN friends list taking ages to come up.
Most 4K TVs top out at 60Hz, it doesn't make much sense to prioritise FR above that number on console.

Comparing how the game looks to other titles isn't really a valid test. I would test Nier with HDR enabled against it disabled, you may experience the same issue. I have a couple of films that appear to have far more vibrant colours when HDR is disabled - HDR on PC has a long way to go.
Those washed out colours are the same effect i'm getting from my HTPC - Windows10 HDR is just flawed.

Do you think the 7nm process will be mature enough to be sold at console pricing so soon? I'm not so sure.
I'm not saying PS5 won't release in 2019 as everything we believe is complete speculation anyway but i think 2020 is more likely. PS4 is still selling like hot cakes - why rush?

Well done to MS for finally getting some 1st party studios together but Sony showed far better exclusive content imo. Strangely nobody's mentioned Bethesda - they had a great showing with new games or dlc for practically every IP they own!

I remember Cerney saying they needed a minimum of 10TFs to output 4K across the board, combine that with even an underclocked Zen CPU and I recon we have a 4K60 PS5. Consoles always punch above their weight.
I'd like to see next gen head back to 60fps, if that requires rendering techniques such as CB or Temporal injection to hit 4K then so be it - the end results look fantastic imo. I guess this all depends on Sony's Zen budget.
