There is one difference between Sony exclusives and PC exclusives. Most Sony exclusives are just 8 hour games, how many times are you going to go through them?

Sony and Ms despise mods. They are middlemen why should they allow mods as free dlc. That would give the console community too much freedom, while they have console gamers be the leash why losen their grip?

It is under powered. Integrated graphics like the Intel HD 4000 or AMD APU would leave the Wii U in the dust.
Well they arent doing anything new with their game, infact they have dumbed it down significantly to suit the wider audience. I dont know why game developers adopt this short term strategy.
Its the hardcore that will keep playing, casuals well they just come and go. Hence it should be the hardcore that are your primary target and that pretty much applies to the entire industry.

Tbh PC has such a lead on any platform now, its kind of irrelevant if PC has exclusives or not lol.
Reason being PC has literally thousands of games. More than 600 AAA games from this gen alone. If you add last gen you could easily add a 1000 more. Add in the generations before that and its even more, never mind the tons of console emulated games.

PC has over 600 AAA games from this gen alone. If you add indie that 1000's more. If you add games before this gen its again 1000's of games add in console emulations and again thats another ton of games.
Relatively speaking PS4 will hardly have any games in comparison. Not until its 3-4 years old atleast even then PS4 library will pale in comparison to PC.

You couldnt be further from the truth, Tombraider on PS3 has horrible FPS issues.
Low end PCs are capable of running Tombraider in 1080p ofcourse wihout the DX11 effects. However that is still way ahead of what the PS3 is managing.
Well they should give it a price drop now that people will need to keep re buying the PS3 along with the PS2 just so they can maintain BC. All that along with having a PS4, which too would need to be replaced in case of failure. I would think PS3 would need a drastic price cut.
This is specially true for people who would like to maintain their full library of PS games, maintaining 3 consoles cant be cheap.

Save the marketing hype, PS4 has many bottlenecks too. Its just they dont want to talk about them for obvious reasons.

Well to be fair most of the people I know still think Wii U is a controller for the Wii lol. Id call it bad marketing on Nintendos part.
Even worry about the specs arguement is old. Games are designed with old console hardware in mind. Hence even old PC hardware handles the games fine.
In regards to driver updates, its actually more of a problem with console now.
Imagine if you wanted to play a game and a firmware update came up(its the same thing as a driver update just reworded).

Equip a PC with a 8800GTX, play games from 2006 then play games from 2012. Games from 2012 will look better and yea the same PC will most likely play them in 1080p. Good luck doing that on console.

Heres a little hint you could load up a PC with a I5 CPU and convert a video on it (that makes sure all 4 cores are used up), do the same on a AMD 8 core Desktop CPU, I5 will always win.

That's because Steam has an offline mode. Steam games can be bought for as low as 10-15usd there is no point to reselling them, its like a permanent collection.
Console DRM is actually a lot worse, can you play PS2 games on PS3? will PS3 games work on PS4? congrats you just lost your entire library every gen just because you decided to get a new box. Or else you need to keep buying the older boxes again and again just so your BC can work, thats not the case with PC gaming...
