first party from sony has been mostly great this gen, third party games are hit and miss.
This happens all the time for console versions of games, theres a reason reviewers tend to get pc versions these days.
I remember telling people that was foolish. Just like I tell people game streaming is foolish now.

They don’t have 70 big exclusives, only a small percent are games like god of war. Pc has much more exclusives and games not on ps4 then the other way around.
when you look back at any console, once all the hype and marketing fade away the pc just demolishes all of them no matter the time period.
Ya, nobody is buying the switch at all and absolutely no games are being released for it... also they have no games already out that people want at all.

I don’t think it’s going to happen, but if it does the Xbox one s will be a horrible system to play it on. Series x should be great, and the Xbox one x would probably be ok.
thats so flawed, pc gamers buying consoles arent buying a bunch of third party games with it. When you consider they sell the hardware at a loss what are you smoking. They are mostly just getting extra sales they would have not gotten otherwise by releasing on pc, pc isnt almost exactly the same system but with different exclusive games like an xbox is.
R & c would run on current mid range hardware, what are you on about? Gamers would just play at 1080p.
They can if they want, but it will be a while before we are there anyway. Maybe the games won’t load as fast on gen 3, but I’m sure they will work on even sata ssd.
I don’t think it would hurt PlayStation sales all that much, and they still make money from software sales anyway.

Meh, if I buy the games they put on pc I don’t see a reason to buy redundant hardware. Millions will still buy a ps5 anyway.
@digitallyafflicted sure, but the pc also allows for better gaming. Enthusiasts will go for what’s best. As time goes on and hardware becomes more powerful consoles become more and more redundant. The Xbox won’t even have exclusives not on pc, so it’s just redundant.

Its the cpu and gpu upgrade that is really going to improve this game, SSD just makes sense considering where tech is going (and slow storage could be a bottleneck for new game engines, we will have to wait and see because right now we dont see much difference). Hard drives are nearly obsolete, why would the consoles use tech that wont be...
