I appreciate these articles!
It's part of why I visit N4G~
Writing articles about being offended by games has to be the lowest form of writing right now.
Looks pretty cool~
Sweet.
I played a little of Double Peace, but did not really dig in. I imported the first one on PS3 and played the hell out of it.
Maybe these bundles can get me back in.
IGN: 9/10
Gamespot: 4/10
Well then, that does not make things easy, ha ha~
Looking over other reviews on the site, I think I can say we have very different tastes in games. I love games like FFVII R and Nier Automata, both of which you gave a 2/5 (or is it 2/6?). I love the art and character designs in these games, I definitely don't share the "why does this exist" sentiment for waifu design choices, I draw that stuff for a living!
I think what throws me off the most is the review scale. I typically don't think of a 2 out of 6 sc...
This was rough to read through. Way too much hate with overblown complaints about low res textures and "embarrassing and insulting" writing. Paragraphs of redundant complaints about writing being the worst ever.
It's like a checklist of every obnoxiously negative review trope rolled into one 49 paragraph long article.
Reviewer even pulled the "waifu" female characters make me uncomfortable line...
Cool. Looks alright~
Need a nude mod for Belladonna with physics!
I find the game to be very good. I hope it doesn't get buried under an avalanche of reviewers saying "it's not a FFVII Remake-level overhaul".
The use of words like "appalling" and "atrocious" in the review seem way over thy top. Not a fan of writing like that.
I'm not the biggest Sony fan or anything, but calling PS+ a "dumpster fire" seems way too over the top.
I don't think I want to read an article that presents any argument this poorly, ha ha~
I bought the expensive collector's edition and then got the platinum trophy in one session. Game was only in my PS4 for one day.
And you know what? That's cool. I enjoyed it!
Looks a little stiff, but I like it!
I love the art. I will keep my eye on it to see if the gameplay shapes up to be worth a playthrough~
I'm hoping Microsoft succeeds. I mostly play on PC and Switch now, but if Microsoft can make great games, I can still play them on PC and that's a great thing for me! I love that I can earn achievements on both Steam and my Xbox account while playing Halo. Now give me some new Banjo-Kazooie!
Not going to lie, I got all excited seeing the awesome art just to completely lose interest the moment I saw it's mobile only.
I love this kind of art, but the type of games we get on mobile and the often heavy reliance on monetization and lottery style systems is, quite frankly, something I find insulting. Please don't make all the games with "waifus" into gacha games...
I really hope this means retooling Dead Or Alive so it's monetization doesn't overshadow the excellent gameplay and graphics. I love games with strong sex appeal and high quality gameplay and graphics, I just hate the extreme monetization issues.
There is a lot about monetization towards the end of the article that makes me a bit worried. Japan likes lottery monetization, China likes pay to win mechanics while the west doesn't like monetization. Sounds like we ...
Sweet! I've enjoyed the time I spent messing around with this on Steam.
This is the best article description I have ever read.
The article has an update saying it's not indefinitely delayed now, and that the release date change was an error.
Good to know!
Absolutely loved Lollipop Chainsaw.
I really, really want to see more games like this. Creative, fun and sexy! I love comedy/horror games and movies~
Yes! I can't wait to see more~
I played a lot of Serious Sam last year so I am ready!
