If you want a FPS with actual good gameplay and less "clipping onto enemies," and outstanding single player campaigns, its resistance.
I'm hoping it'll have cross console to portable multiplayer, that would be very cool as a feature.

Everyone fails to realize that Brawl's gameplay was made the way it was because in melee, people kept abusing wave dashing techniques with certain characters. Brawl made the game slower paced so that the game can be played the way it was meant to be played. Its so that people can't misuse and abuse the system with cheap moves.
And Brawl still has very good gameplay. There is still a big gap between expert players and beginners. In melee, the gap was just a lot bigger....

If this game was just another "modern day" military shooter just like MW3, I wouldn't give this a second look. But after seeing the Black Ops trailer, I was actually pretty impressed because I never would've guessed that Treyarch would take this unfamiliar road that the series isn't known for.

I would buy TS4 over a CoD game anyday as long as they have gameplay that does not try to copy CoD.
Lets not judge for full game on just the beginning sequence. Of course they must have it scripted to a point because they first have to "introduce" the gameplay and controls to player so they can become more familiar with it.
