Yep Im glad they didnt mess with their original vision after hearing it got the M rating. As much Im looking forward to Rocksteady's final Batman I cant wait to see what they do next.

It being a peripheral I just cant see them selling enough of them if it's priced over $150-175. When you start getting to $200 and higher youre getting too close to the price of a new console.
Gamers would pay $200 or more but they cant make a living off gamers alone.

I love Portal 1 'n 2 but you're right. The fact that portal 1 and 2 came out after HL2 and now were on the verge of seeing p3 makes me sad for hl3. They must just be afraid that hl3 will be a letdown even if its pretty good.

Yeh 50 out of 100 my ass. Really, at worst its a 7.5 but Id give it a high 8 personally. The free-running combined with the melee moves was just too much fun to give it a 50.
Just think of what this could mean for new remasters though, fps' at least. I'm sure some people would love a killzone vr remaster.
Ha yep Facing Worlds was always one of my all-time favorites too and they even have a version of it (albeit early n ugly) in the pre-alpha but its still a great map.

Before it came out I was guessing the devs comments about the free-running being great was just a case of them hyping their own game but it turns out it's really one of the best things about it. Combine that with some great melee abilities and it becomes a friggin blast.
There were a few occasions where Id string together a few skills finishing off a fight and catch myself saying "whoa I just did that?" Good stuff.
I think a lot of people whether they realize it or not, compare the value based on the price of a 2hr movie. Apple n oranges I know.

From what Rocksteady said they werent even expecting it to get an M rating. After it did, despite it meaning they would lose some sales, they didnt want to sacrifice their vision. I can respect that.
Thats just one of the reasons they're one of the better devs we have today.
Ya know - what better way to unveil their new tech than to reveal it using some certain beloved sequels that everyone has been dying for. That would certainly make its mark.

Id like to think its all the publisher's fault but with that much launch dlc it makes me think turtle rock was throwing out dlc ideas left and right to 2k.
