Still in development with many game play features not finalized, a teaser will do... for now.
It was a brilliantly unexpected reveal; at first I was like "Is this Destiny???", Master Chief has a little emotional moment then the airwave pulls the cloak away and reveals the iconic helmet.
In terms of a teaser trailer it was fucking brilliant.
To those questioning the whole cloak ordeal here are your answers:
1. 343 are still designing Master Chiefs final Armour design, so they covered it up for now.
2. They logically covered up his armour so sand wont get in the joints and crevasses.
3. Master Chief is actually Obi-wan Kenobi and is on his quest to find Luke Skywalker.
It should be a unwritten rule that if you have a celebrity at your press conference they must be their with in reason or actually apart of the creative development progress.
It begins, this website is going to be a shitstorm in a hour. To those will stay on this site goodbye and goodluck; I'll return when the dust has settled.
All the games were you listed (and side projects) were made in house at sweden. Like many other game companies they would have split the development team in two.
E.g.
Start Production of Bad company 2
One half of team Works on MOH multiplayer
When finished they join back with the other team to continue work on Bad company 2.
I'm really surprised how tight it has been this year (SO FAR), I really expected a lot of leaks to have been released this morning.
I would work for MS for free if they let me save them from the shit pit they have dug them selves into.
I understand it, it's basically saying "No need to switch your cables around, all your entertainment needs are on ONE input, ONE box."
DICE have recently opened a second studio in LA, development between BF4 and ME2 could have been split between the two DICE studios.
Your right, and don't call me Shirley.
For the love of God please, this is one of my most favorite FPS games of all time; it actually had original gameplay!
Fable 3 isn't one of the best games on the market and not necessarily the worst.
I had a lot of fun playing through Fable 3, it had some good comedy moments and I liked exploring Albion. For the price of FREE you'd be an idiot to not pick this up.
Many people say this but at the time the demo was released it was at a very early build; this is why they included assets from BF3 to be placeholders for the final BF4 models.
For many game sequels, the early builds of them mostly contain a lot of assets from the previous game.
Could have been worse, it's not like the dog jumped up on too paws and started boxing the enemies to death.
That would actually be fun to watch though.
*Facepalm* .__. they just showed the next gen footage.
I would have named him "We promise he wont die in a scripted cinematic". That way when he does die in a scripted cinematic it'll be a shock to us all.
It's Riley, a reference to Ghost from the MW series.
5:34PM you panic as you rush to your computer to open the live stream
5:36PM You open up the live stream successfully and see Rare have took the mantle of the stage, your hopes are High. The boss of Rare speaks "We know your all excited for the next gen, it's time to bring back some old faces; introducing BATTLETOADS KINECT AND PERFECT DARK... KINECT!"
12:00PM You tie the knot around your neck and step off the chair.
In terms of character development I would say Master Chief isn't generic anymore, 343 have shown a more human side of him who actually speaks; not just a silent one liner badass.
