From what I've seen from Kinect so far it may not actually be shit, still I hope it is only used in games when it is needed like in Dead Rising 3 where you can shout to alert the zombies and shake the control to push them away if they are grappling with you.
In the end I hope Kinect shines best with the small things.

In terms of them specs they are no where near a high end PC, I'm really sure it's wont be as bad as what IGN have stated but it still wont match up to the full PC game.
Heck I'd be fine with Rare making a game with their past franchises, as long as they don't make it a full Kinect game and focus more on the controller side (but still having the Kinect involved) I'd be completely fine.
Here's how Rare should operate when making games:
They should make a full kinect game then after finishing that they should make a normal classic Rare game, then after that they should make a Kinect game.... and so on and forth.

Pretty undecided at the moment, my original plan was to get the PS4 at launch, then get the Xbox One when the new Halo is released but at the moment I'm not even sure I want either of them at launch, may wait until Christmas+ for a next gen system.
I have a PC so I wont miss on most of the next gen multiplat titles anyway. Titanfall... *drools*.
