Reinventing would be taking all thats made Zelda and deviating to create something new and fresh, whereas Revitalizing is giving new life to a series or game but not specifically changing or deviating. You could revitalize by reinvention but they are not synonyms.

actually no, TLOU scored very well and quite frankly the remaster had a lot of pop in and some minor texture fill delay.... Does that make it not a great game?
People used to freaking play with indiscernible blobs of pixels, and still had loads of fun... This is some modern gamer trope that believe the more beautiful a game is the better it should be scored. In so much that we now have more interactive movies pretending be games than actual immersive video games.

This has nothing to do with graphical capability or that Nintendo wanted to boost the graphical fidelity seeing as the only difference between the versions would be resolution... Skyward is not one of my favorites but I will admit with traditional control support it would be a significantly better game for me. nearly perfect given what platform it was on.
Yet it's still an amazing game as was with Ocarina which had frame drops and its fair share of muddy textures... The game is pleasing to the eye.. It's not Horizon graphically but it will be a good game if the previews are any indication.
Also just one last point Zelda was not built from the ground up on Switch it's become quite apparent that the Switch has more in common with more modern architecture than that found in the Wii U chipset. I would assume this fa...

I don't know why anybody is disagreeing, I like Nintendo and Sony and I feel that this shouldn't become the google play store or the app store for iOS, garbage bloatware and numerous cheap money grabs... Nintendo should at least uphold the quality that it presents on its console.
