PS3 = 110 Million is my best guess, bare in mind SONY sells their older console to emerging markets while selling their newer console to western markets & Japan.

PlayStation is a pretty consistent 100 million seller PS1, PS2, with PS3 on pace. So we will call that a scratch.

Xbox One is going to sacrifice market share over seas, and core gamers are jumping out. So the question is, How many casuals can MS reel in with the Xbone while peddling the 360...
PS4 will due to MS destroying their brand overseas by making a cable box that needs to plug into your cable box to function. That is the Sales War.

PS4 will win in games with the largest collection of 1st party studios in the world, combined with excellent 3rd part relationships. The best of both worlds. Nintendo has 1st party, MS has 3rd party. SONY has both. That is the Game Wars.

The core market supports the early adoption of a system. And the PS4 will dominate that market.

The Xbone will have a limited user base anyway, due to having to have a strong internet connection. So poorer countries, and smaller towns will also get PlayStations. (Remember Adam Orth, Why would I live there? LOL)

PS4 is better. Xbone isn't even a console its a water cooler. At east that is what I was told at the conference ;)
The 15 exclusives is going to really be the bigger disappointment, MS shouldn't have mentioned that. (It now has put even more pressure on them.)

People forget a couple years ago MS announced they were going to have 10 exclusives at E3. Yeah, they ended up being Kinect Games.

So based on their track record it is a padded list.
