I agree with him. I feel the same.
Considering how strict EDGE are. . That's a very good score. I respect edge for that, as everyone else abuse the rating system. Now, the mentality is, if it's not a 9 it must be an OK game.

I was there :D, twice. couldn't get enough of Ryse, and I can't touch current gen battlefield and Fifa after playing the next gen ones. That new controller tho' it feels so good to use. The d-pad was one of my concerns and it's been vastly improved... perfected. *sigh*
The 3ds is the perfect fit for this title. . although it'd be nice if it were multi-plat so more people can play.

It's like you read my mind. I'm gonna stick to my PC and one current gen Console. I'll wait to see what Naughty Dog has to offer. Their games were the highlight of PS3 in my opinion.

Developers will always prioritize performance/framerates over visuals. If it means reducing resolution, then so be it.
I lost interest in my 3DS when I got a Vita :/ one thing is for sure, Sony will continue to support it, no matter what.

I got an invite to try out the game @ the Xbox tour on the 14th. . I can't wait to try out the ONE and Ryse.. I know i'll love it.

Well, they know y'all are obsessed with resolution and framerates, so they might as well tell you about it. I mean, why would you care what resolution sounds shapes runs at? ^_^
So far, this is the only game that makes me want a new gen console.
It's all about the games. What really matters is the stability(playability) of the games. One of the pros of gaming on a console is that the games are already optimized for the gamers.
People are having unrealistic expectations of the consoles upon release. You will not see the best developers have got to offer on day-one.. Not for at least a year or two.
Some Devs are more capable than others. Having a powerful(tools) console means nothing if it isn'...
I cannot part with my games. There's so many I've yet to play to satisfaction. The two new boys can wait. Besides, I can't give away my masterpieces. So, no byes from me.
