The Vita is not a TV. The LCD is more durable, and reliable than OLED in the long term. The OLED is a slightly better display. . but not significant enough not to offer an LCD version of the VITA, which is a more proven display tech, not perfect tho'.
There are pros and cons to both displays. . its up to you to decide what you want.

you clowns further delude yourselves. . do you realize how much Battlefeild is pushing. . yet they were able to achieve 60 frames, and increase player count to 64 players ON CONSOLES. Instead of appreciating their achievement, you're busy b-tching about resolution, which is easily fixed by up-scaling, thats if you care about that stuff.
we finally get the game running near PC level quality on consoles, yet we still ask stupid questions like "why no 1080z p?"
