Yes, for proper 4k. Cerny clearly stated that at Pro reveal. 8TF is probably a minimum to do a native 4k without a single sweat and without need to go for dynamic 4k or checkerboard 4k where XboneX isn't imune to that because it isn't powerful enough ( cough, Anthem, cough, Ass Origins, cough, Titanfall 2, cough PCARS 2 .... )
