Nice try! Phil Spencer lied about 4k capabilities on XboneX. He strictly said games will be native 4k or "true" 4k. And look where we are. Ass Creed Origins will be 4k Checkeboard ( and yes, MS HAS A MARKETING DEAL WITH UBISOFT FOR ASS CREED ORIGINS ) and Anthem is 4k Checkerboard ( and yes, MS HAS A MARKETING DEAL WITH EA FOR ANTHEM ).
PCARS will be dynamic 4k too.
So, dynamic 4k and checkerboard 4k ISN't true...

But game isn't in "raw" 4k on XboneX.
Despite what Xbone fans think, but GTS car models clearly looks better in every way and especially lighting.
And also it's not a real-time lighting in Forza 7!
UPDATE 17/6/17 2:20pm: we'll need to look at our captures more closely, but transitioning between multiple baked lighting models may be how Turn 10 has achieved this - it's an approach most recently seen in Horizon Zero Dawn.
