You say that, but you can't just make AAA games just because you throw cash at it. Making new IP's is risky. What if they made a game that was good but bombed at retail (like Okami - which was a great game). With GTA this is never gonna happen cos it's probably the most established franchise in gaming. So your argument doesn't really hold up. They've nearly made there money back already with this, it was a safe bet and it's paid off.

I'm lookin to get a PS3 soon but Killzone 2 has nothing 2 do with it, although I suppose now that there's proof that the PS3 is more powerful in terms of graphics, this bodes well for the future. They do realise that it's already sold nearly 2 million and so has already turned a profit, not to mention the amount who got it on the 360 because they wanted the option to get this later.

If Sony are only losing $50 dollars per PS3 right now then then they only need an attach rate of like 2 to start making money back. They should drop the price by at least $50 (Only 3/4 games need to be sold to make the profits back on $100 loss) not to mention the royalties of Blu Ray which would see a big increase if PS3s start flying off the shelves. 'It is better than Havock ?' isn't a question. If you meant 'Is it better than Havok' then I can say probably considering it normally requires a physics-heavy processor (either on a PhysX card (old) or Nvidia cards (now)) to use. Havok is just a basic physics engine than most computers can run.
