I know I'm going to get one and it will look nice next to my ps4. They gave me the system that will help with the multiplatform games that play better on ps4 now. I enjoy the Microsoft side better but I do love my ps4 exclusives. They made a system that I wanted for sure.

I think i have probably invested the equivalent amount if not more in my keyboard and mouse for my PC. This is all very true. My elite controller doesn't make me better, but it does make certain things easier to play with. It opens up alot of options I never thought I would use when playing pc or xbox.
Not gonna lie. My PS4 controller sticks fall apart pretty fast. This has happened to my friends as well. I have an Elite controller for my XOne and PC and it is vastly superior in build quality as are my other standard Xbox one controllers, but its not a bad controller. Its much better than the DS3. That thing was horrid.
PSN had more users a long time ago but that doesn't mean that it's all gaming related. A few years back Sony claimed they were bigger than xbox live but that number was skewed slightly due to it being the overall number of accounts made. Sure doesn't seem like many agree with you. Maybe it's the fact that with this current gen there have been a substantial amount of 1080p games. As a pc gamer I find that consoles have lots to offer that make them stand their ground to pc's. Maybe that's why they are still trending better in the industry in gaming than pc's. I think they are trying to say it like games comparable to how Diablo III is. You really get going past level 70 and the options that open with more of a focuc on gear, abilities and advanced game modes such as rifts or bounties. Destiny's raid system and other modes become available after end game and level cap to give you a lot more to do with your friends.

This isn't last Gen and to think Sony won't evolve to be the best then you are wrong. Microsoft will do the exact same thing and make their system better, but the more we speak the more they respond to whatever makes them a dollar. Don't be blind to what Sony will do to win this generation. They have ammo in their gun all the time and a spare for backup.
Specs and hardware don't make a better system, but it adds a whole lot to the end result of a console. The functionality of each system offers different benefits and opportunities in different ways. Sony makes an amazing system built on power and exceptional first part studios, I would be lying if I said otherwise. Microsoft makes an amazing system that NOW is being advanced by the community for the community and has an awesome line up of IP's that have been a solid part of the gaming...

Very true. Only time will tell and putting it into the customers hands to truly demonstrate is the only way I will truly buy in to this. Otherwise you might as well put peter molyneux on stage to give false promises.

you misinterpret what I am saying. I am not saying that the Xbone will beat sony nor did it for this past month or week of Titanfall. This is purely reporting info for the US. The PS4 did better everywhere else even in areas where the X1 is released. I believe Sony has the upper hand right now and I fully believe they are going to maintain for a long time unless microsoft lives up to their promises of tech and until I see Microsoft put their hype ...
Lol. Japan isn't small. This isn't a bias comment. I love the ps4 as well as the xbox. This was based on npd reports for the specific areas that drive the higher sales such as uk, aust, us and a few others.
The results for last week sales are in although the site states that they are not. X1 outsold the ps4 by a slight margin in the US. PS4 global sales were still substantially higher, but X1 isn't in as many areas as the PS4 which includes Japan.
My account info was stolen when I used PlayStation Network. This was the day that Portal 2 came out and I COULDN'T PLAY ONLINE. Turns out the whole time they were using old tech to protect our data. These things happen, but to indicate that Sony isn't known for this kinda stuff is silly.

Sony had an update too my friend that gave the console much more of its functionality which included Blu-ray, Multi-player, broadcasting capabilities, second screen with vita, Remote play, and the camera to function. I will say though I understand why you would have a gripe with MS, being they needed it to function at all, but to be fair here from a "objective and business " standpoint, but was the PlayStation really that much better without the update? ...
Having it on ps4 wouldn't make a better version. It's on pc as well with the same overall scope and comparable visuals. PS4 may look closer to the pc but you can barely tell as is between x1 and pc.
Agreed. I know they added that in the last paragraph, but the title is misleading. I would prefer the elite controller any day...
