it sucked plain and simple. it is just completely bland and 'soulless'.
Most people who played the beta will know if they want it or not anyway. I never played the beta, but I'll get it, mostly because there is not much on PS4 atm.
Not by a longshot. Great game, great story, but there are plenty of those. Tbh a lot of the time i wasnt having fun with it, felt like a bit of a hopeless grind at times by the nature of its story. I prefer more bombastic upbeat tales like uncharted in this type of genre.
Tbh i didnt follow gamergate, when did all these gender politics infuse themselves into video games? The article was right in pointing out games journalists are alienating their readers. Half of everything you read these days isn't about games at all, its pushing some pc cause or agenda. Games are to me supposed to be an escape from this sort of thing.
Here's a thought - Maybe these group could use their skills to help track down real threats to people, like the location of terrorists, who paedophiles are, etc. etc.

I think it's a better game, IMO - TLOU was good but I thought somewhat overrated. The story etc. was great, but at the end of a day, as a video game, it wasn't an experience I wanted to have again. I played through the story once and that was enough. It was enjoyable, but not 'fun', like watching dramatic movie.
GTAV on the other hand was pure fun. I played through the story twice, and I still play GTAV online, and I'm looking forward to buying it on PS4 a...

This girls on the box thing has people up in arms, but MGS has always had stuff like this it's not new nor unexpected, not does it take anything away from MGS's sometimes ridiculous tone. You can plant playboy magazines to distract guards in the other games, there bikini model posters in lockers that can distract guards...

It's boring, the city is huge and detailed but still somehow feels vapid, the driving stinks and the gameplay is generally stiff and boring.
