I game on a pretty nice 7.1 setup (worth around $4,000) and it just makes gaming so much fun.
I've got a 14 cubic foot subwoofer (two 15's) that makes explosions sound like they are actually happening in the room.
I'm pretty used to it by now, but when other people experience it they are like "WTF"? :D
Pure is an awesome game.
I would definitely recommend people buy it for $9.99 if they don't already own it.

Let's keep it real: Sony has overpromised and underdelivered with the PS3 since its release. It is only very recently that PS3 owners have been able to come out of the shadows and talk about a few of their exclusives.
Pretending that they have been happy all along is rather sad, and acting smug about a few exclusives is even sadder.
I like how the PS3 finally gets a few good games, and suddenly the Sony faithful are acting like the PS3 is the best console ever made. lol
Here's a newsflash for you guys: The PS3 is still in last place, and unless a miracle happens, it's gonna stay there.
It simply doesn't have exclusive games that appeal to massive amounts of gamers, unlike the Wii and 360 (think Zelda/Mario and Halo/Gears).
Maybe next gen guys, maybe next gen...

Maybe the BBC should focus a little bit less on video games and a whole lot more on how England is making George Orwell's "1984" look far more real than anyone ever imagined.
I really liked Uncharted 2's single player campaign, but its multiplayer felt mediocre and tacked on just for the sake of it.
It's much easier to create a great single player experience than a great multiplayer one, and games like this point that fact out.
I am finding AC2 to be almost as boring as the first.
Both games just seem to drag on with dull task after dull task.
So far I have rented 1 & 2, but I think I am done with the series from here on out.

I played this game yesterday for about 2 hours and it was boring me to tears.
After playing the first one, I had my fingers crossed that this one wouldn't be as boring as the day is long, but it looks like they have managed to make it almost as boring as the first one.
Unless it gets better soon, I am going to be sending this right back to Gamefly Monday morning.

I found the single player campaign to be rather dull (as did many others) but the multiplayer is just non-stop crazy action, and it more than makes up for the mediocre single player.
I just played Modern Warfare 2 last night (after taking a few days off from it, due to illness) and I see a bunch of new maps have been added!
When did that happen?!
I think I saw 5 new maps in the hour that I played.
