i tried twice and couldn't get past about 12 hours each time. sadly the game just isn't for me, too complex, to many systems going on especially the alchemy and crafting and dismanteling etc. the only rpg games i've played and enjoyed and got thru were mass effect 1-3. tried fallout 3 and dragon age as well and didn't complete them either.

I agree, with my 55” Sony 900e in my living room at 8ft viewing distance anyone , myself include is hard pressed to see a difference between 4k and 1080p.
The other day I was playing rise of tomb raider and swapping between performance and 4k mode and was very hard to see a difference.

The only way Xbox would launch first and still be most powerful for multiplats (which it seems they are commited to by saying they are the best place to play)is if they take a loss or a bigger loss than Sony is willing to take and have more hardware features ram etc and sell at a loss. Also I think the point is that since they can pay 9 bucks a month and effectively “rent “ or try out a game they otherwise wouldn’t and then find out the game is a blast and enjoy it. They may choose to purchase the game. For any amount of reasons to support the devs. Or to keep the game for ever in their library even if they don’t feel like continuing to pay 9/ month for game pass but still enjoy the game.

I’m playing this game now for the first time because of game pass (missed when it was free on psn plus) and am totally loving it! It’s really fun playing online with my friends. I don’t know if it will result in a game sale. But I think I’ll keep subscribing to game pass. I wonder how much of the 1 dollars goes to them. Or what the business deal is like. Do they get paid per download every month from game pass or what?
