But i do suggest you make some friends and play with a decent party before you right it of completetly.
If you said however you use your PS3 for offline and xbox for online i would totally agree with you.
Playstation games you usualy have to think about when your playing the campaign, xbox its usualy pretty linear and i find myself following the set path blowing everything up on the way.

I cannot list a ps3 game that interests me in the slighest apart from GOW3 and my ps experience doesnt hold a candle to my xbox experience.

Most people have probably trash talked and some people enjoy it, others not so much.

Killzone is a great game, but is it one of the best, sadly i think not.
I think that the reason there are fewer racers on console as to pc is because Gran turismo, Forza, NFS are all very well established names and i believe they all do an excellent job in being able to offer the experience that they do and i believe the developers of said games are able to push the hardware further and get alot more from the console then say another developer, meaning compared to the competition those 3 games offer a game which looks better, plays better and offers more.

Im getting so sick of these sales arguments.
The fact is before the 360 came along Sony were considerd king of consoles and Xbox had far few consoles in the world.
Years later, Xbox has gone from virtualy no market share in comparsion to sony to round about equal.
As important as sales are to MS i honestly believe they are in a far stronger position then they thought they would be in and im suprised that Sony hasnt taken over WW Units long ag...

For me a big part of my gaming experience is playing on a "50 tv with surround sound. Which is for me a reason why the vita will never be able to offer me a "full" console experience.

As for the controls, I'm sure people will use them fine but I cannot imaging them being as comfortable as a controller, controllers are designed to sit in your hands comfortably where as this not so mu...
At the moment i am unable to access my account because the email acount set up 6 years ago purely for xbl used have forgotten the password and secuirty question but the only thing ms say is i have to create a new acount meaning i lose all dlc and theres no way to complain, no department to complain to its apauling.

Seriously why would they create a game thats already been done for a select few who already know the game inside out.
FF7 was great 10 years ago but a remake now would simply be a prettier copy and do you really thing everyone will rush out and buy it as opposed to the new iterations in the series?

I purcahsed raams shadow and had a blast playing it with my buddies online.
As a gears fan i liked going back in time in the game universe. You also get 6 skins for multiplayer use.
All in all there are worse ways you could spend £12.
Sony is superior to xbox in a number of ways, but online is not one of them. it is microsofts strongest aspect and i cannot see Sony taking over now or in the future, micrsoft will make sure there online feautures remain superirior to the rivals.
Im certain of that.
Xbox Live is the only reason i favour my 360 over the PS3, everything else is just as good as each other imo.

This Gen Sony relied on brand recognition to sell its console and believed people would fork out the cash with lack of marketing and bad strategy from the get go but thought its 100+ million userbase would simply remain loyal
Out of all those games mentioned Bioshock imo is the strongest in that category, MOH was a snorefest
I agree with the list apart from MOH, and Battlefield 3.
Also i do not believe killzone should of made the list as throughout the whole campaign i just wanted it to end, as for battlefield 3 i dont think i have ever been so bored when playing the game, the multiplayer is brilliant, but the campaign, its an insult to games like resistance and gears of war 2 (not 1 or 3)
The only one i would pick up is The Last Guardian
You most probably should be careful though there seems to be a history with games talked about for years with sony and then hyped up only for them to turn out, well mediocre at best.
This imo is a title which should be wary of that.

because developers are known for showing of cgi footage and claiming its gameplay, to hype the game.
GT5, forza, nfs, they have all done it..
I specificaly remember thew ps3 f1 launch title, i got the ps3 just for that and i still remember the "in game trailer" which, to be fair looked nothing like the final product.
