I have a Ps3 slim, and about 2 months ago, my controller started to act with a mind of its own. As if someone was pressing all the buttons. D - Pad and buttons. I used the reset button on the back of the control, worked well for about 5 minutes but started again, so i switched which controller i was using. It worked for a few minutes but did the same thing.

I disagree because even though i agree that Sony have more exclusives, the only one which i have ever enjoyed is God of War, the rest though others might find amazing, i do not.
GT was ok but was far to boring and i prefered the casual approach by forza.
I particularly was looking forward to the MGS series this gen but sadly could not get into it and as impressed as i was with uncharted that got repetive after a few hours.

When i buy a used game from EA and the person before me played online, i need to purchase a code which they call an Online Pass.
If i have Xbox Live Gold and i purchase fifa new i enter the unique code, if its been used i have to buy an online pass to play online.
What is retailers are offered a a higher % of the game sale.
To be honest i do not believe that MS would block used games on the next console. I do believe however they would introduce the "online pass" to unlock the game. If you didnt purchase it new.
If you have internet, you purchase it online, if you don't, you would have to buy it from the retailer.
IMO that is the most likely outcome if anything.

Im an Xbox fan primarily but ive just lost my job, and had to downsize flats, i do not currently have internet because i simply cannot afford it.
Making me pay for the console, pay for the games, pay for xbl no doubt, now i HAVE to have an internet connection?
Currently im playing all my single player games again but if i had the next xbox, it would just sit there gathering dust because i wont be able to use.

I used to avoid used games, they had a bad stigma about them but now, when i see how cheap they are i do not buy new games. You can go into a CEX and buy 6-7 games for the price of one new game.
Used games wont die.
They will make something like an online pass to unlock the game with each game getting a unique code, then if its traded in you either buy one online when you boot up the game or you buy a unique code when you purchase the game. Money could be split between MS & Sony and the publishers.
My opinion is they want a better console then Sony this time around, because Ps3 is technicaly better then xbox 360.
Maybe ps4 has suprised microsoft and they are making some last minute changes to either match or slightly outdo the competition.

Both consoles are not only game consoles but the manufacturers want as many in peoples homes as they can do to all be the centre of attention. If you have both, you might use one but basically i dont think there are many differences in what they will be able to do other then games, everything e...
