Sony just single handedly saved the video game industry, I'm very impressed!
Xbox who? Thank you Sony for keepin' it real!
Some exciting games, but I'm not interested in the gaming equivalent of a DVR.
Oh boy, what a way to start the show.
Xbox, Doritos and Mountain Dew. A perfect storm for Diabetes.
I would rather pay more and actually own the game. With DRM you're really just renting it.
Having the cheaper console is usually a big advantage, its just a business decision.
I can't get too exited for Destiny, I don't need to play another sci-fi shooter, fantasy RPG, or modern warfare shooter for at least five years. I'm burnt out, need something new and original.
Not quite, at least on PSX you actually owned the games you purchased and didn't have big brother Microsoft watching you.
No retro Xbox One gaming in twenty years, when the servers shut down so do the games.
The all-in-one entertainment box has been attempted before and failed, anybody remember the Commodore CDTV or Philips CDi
Sounds like a bunch of double talk. So in reality the games you buy are actually rentals, you don't really own it.
Just don't take away our rights completely, give us a choice between physical and digital like we have with movies and music.
When I had cable I rented the box, Microsoft should do the same. You won't truly own it or its content anyways.
I saw trouble back in 2005. The day the Xbox 360 came out, the original Xbox was made obsolete by Microsoft, completely abandoned. I found that kind of treatment to their customers a little disturbing.
I wouldn't consider TimeSplitters obscure. It was one of the most popular series on PS2.
The world is becoming more Orwellian every day. Everybody already has a tracking device on them, its called a smart phone.
You're right, screw that! I'm not giving up without a fight!
Maybe we should accept the fact that the glory days of gaming are over.
If it means I actually own my games, I'll take it. Still better than a video game equivalent to DVR.
