The wasteland was really lonely in Fallout 3 until I found Dogmeat.
I bought my PS3 six months after release for $499. Thats a $100 price drop. I'm sure PS4 will have at least $50 price drop within the year.
When Destiny comes out nobody will remember Halo, also it is possible for Gears of War to come to PS4 some day.

It's better to wait anyways. Most of the hardware bugs will be corrected, more games will be available and some games will be discounted.

Xbox killed the Oddworld series when it went exclusive, should have stayed on Playstation. Glad its back.
I wait till at least the second version is out before I buy a new console. Most of the hardware problems are usually fixed by then.
If I were the CEO of GameStop I just wouldn't sell the Xbox One. Microsoft screwed GameStop after years of loyal service selling Xbox and Xbox 360, even after RROD and scratched disc issues.
Far Cry 3 is $19.99 at Gamestop also. The price drop probably means an Ultimate Edition is coming soon with all the DLC.
