Misleading article.
Push Square quotes Gematsu as such:
“In order to appeal the broadened PlayStation Vita market to younger consumers, we’re planning development on a new large scale intellectual property,”
Actual Gematsu quote: "In order to appeal the broadened Vita market to younger consumers, we’re planning development on Freedom Wars, a new large scale IP."
It's clear he's talking about Freedom Wars....
On a side note, I had a chuckle reading "Persona IV: The Golden".
Old - merely a repost by the Vita channel

DC Comics DLC - Not sequel.
Yes, but the physical is not. Best Buy Canada does not sell digital codes.

I did actually research and there are no other digital only titles available on the website. Read the article.
A picture of Sackboy qualifies as a tease?
Yep - and it's great that they do!
However don't take these free gifts for granted because they could one day stop coming.
Moreover despite the fact that we/you know about previous giveaways - doesn't make them less relevant. There are a ton of new PlayStation owners (PS3/Vita) every day, and they deserve to know what's available as much as anyone else.
You very well could be correct, which is why I did list it as a possibility in the article - however I have three questions that must be posed if that's the theory that you're accepting:
1) Why Jet Set Radio?
2) Why Now?
3) Why not any other (or more recent) titles?
I do understand, but I disagree. Just because some people know, doesn't mean its not news worthy.
If you got a free thing once a year, it wouldn't be called news? I don't get that logic.
Reviews on the Run and EP are incredible shows. Keep up the good work!
Indeed.

It was on sale in Canada for $99.99 at one point, but yes this is a good deal.
It was listed as available on SEN.
The current PSN outage and the scheduled maintenance are not related.

This article is less about the availability, and more about the possible(if any)ramifications of the fact that it is.
It's mentioned in the article.
That's a great idea, but if you are Rockstar - what does it take to port the original trilogy from mobile to Vita? Not much I imagine. From there it could work as a feeler for a future title.
No worries, these things happen to the best of us.
Thank you for being forthcoming and updating the piece, you guys at PS do great work.
