The people who keep buying Nintendo's garbage are to blame. Why waste your money on a Nintendo console? The first party games are always the same. They just look a little better each generation. Nintendo is the one that likes to milk franchises. Someone on here said Activision milks the COD franchise and that's why gamers aren't buying it on the Wii U. That's Nintendo for you though.
That makes no sense at all. Everyone who buys a PS3 has to buy a Vita? I have both but I don't see why everyone has to buy a Vita.
Nintendo gamers mostly just care about Nintendo games. Then they wonder why they get such crappy ports of third party games. The third party developers should waste much time making Wii U games in the future anyway. Just make real next generation games. I knew the 2GB of RAM Nintendo put in the Wii U was going to be a mistake. The Wii U definitely won't be able to compare to the PS4.
This sounds like Uncharted 3. That game was way better than the first two technically but a lot of people preferred Uncharted 2. Is the story in this game mediocre? I haven't played it at all and don't really want it. Maybe people are just bored of the series.
Microsoft got rid of most of their first party developers so now they have to pay third party publishers for exclusives. I still don't understand what they were thinking over the last couple years. Sony has closed some of their developers but they still have a lot of them. Microsoft hardly has anyone left to make their exclusives.
EA better not do that. It's dumb to be an exclusive publisher with anyone now. You're going to lose a lot of customers. It sure won't make gamers buy a new Xbox over the PS4. What are they going to do, make Madden only for Microsoft? I doubt that.
I hope someone makes a PS4 version of LBP. They can make a better music editor. The one in the PS3 games is too low end. How about making a lot more instruments?
I have over 100 music CDs. I buy some music on iTunes and other on actual CDs. Most of my CDs are older but there's still some I buy.
Kotaku has been really shameful lately. Does Microsoft own them secretly?
I find this one hard to believe. Music CDs are way too popular for Sony to drop. Even though a lot of people buy music digitally people still have a lot of music CDs.
You mean like Microsoft did with IBM for the 360? They let Sony do a lot of work with IBM and then had IBM give them a lot of that work for their chip. Hopefully this time Sony got a deal that AMD won't use this chip in the new Xbox.
Are you saying the new Xbox will be sold the way that one model of the 360 is getting sold? I think it's $15 a month. Maybe that's why Microsoft is doing that. To try it out. It isn't a very good deal but I guess if you can't afford to buy a console but can afford $15 a month it might work. But anyone in that position shouldn't be wasting money on gaming.
He's better than the other game analysts but that's not saying much.
Next Xbox might cost more. Next Xbox might cost less. Hey, I'm an analyst. How much am I getting paid for that one?
Nothing like a review where they start off they don't like that type of game. So nothing to see here everyone. How about getting someone who likes the type of game to review it? This is a big problem with reviews. I liked the demo but I didn't buy the game. Maybe I will later on sale. I hate reviews like this one though.
"2GHz is a fairly low clock speed. My PC from four years ago runs 1000MHz faster. Although it only has 4 cores, and not 8. So the PS4 is going for more cores at lower clock speeds which would only result in more performance if a game is optimized to use all 8 cores."
These speeds don't matter that much anymore. A 2GHz CPU was slow for a while but then they stopped going up and we started getting multicore CPUs. If you have eight cores running at 2GHz though that...
I doubt Microsoft will ever stop charging for Xbox Live. They'd have to start losing a lot of subscribers first. That's a lot of easy money for them. They won't want to give it up that easy.
The only way Microsoft will get out before Sony is if the current hardware is set and they don't need to make changes to at least match Sony. It will take a lot of time to make the consoles so they don't have much time left now.
I doubt Microsoft would have off their new console over this. That wouldn't be smart. They might have to make some quick changes to it right away. They better at least use the same RAM and amount. If they don't do that they could have problems as games get better. The RAM will need to be fast and 8GB.
Nintendo gamers are far from smart. You keep buying the same games over and over every generation. All Nintendo does is put out the same games every generation. So boring.
