I would like to know what kind of a hole the Saturn put Sega in before the Dreamcast was ever launched. What a dud of a console that was. Dreamcast was a great console for the time, with a lot of new and interesting ideas. Just too little, too late IMO.
In the USA, I just use cheapassgamer's trade-in value finder. At least I did, before their site went to hell.
Good advice, I think I'll buy it. Of course, now I'll need a bigger memory card. Damn you, Sony!
I've owned all Playstation consoles up to this point, and have a PS4 on pre-order. I have never owned a 360, or an original Xbox. That being said, I just do not understand the rabid hatred/adoration of a particular console. I hope that the Xbox One is a huge success. Know why? Because competition is what keeps Sony/Microsoft honest, and competition is good for gamers, and consumers in general. PS2's hammering of the original Xbox and the GameCube led to Sony apathy, and it was th...
Rayman Origins is great, but the final level gave me nightmares. Wondering if it's worth it to buy the Vita version.
One thing this list got right for sure: Peggle, motherlickers.
Were you not a fan of the robot gorilla? I have heard only good things about Vanquish, it's on my list of free PlayStation plus games that I never seem to have time to play.
Agreed. Definitely an oddball game few have heard of. But worth tracking down, if only for the bizarre story. Plus it's cheap as hell.
Play Action football will always be waterboy to Tecmo Super Bowl. Also, the player portrait of John Elway in Play Action made him look like he had one giant tooth. I've been waiting 23 years to make that comment.
I totally bought in to the hype train surrounding AC3, even though Revelations left a lot to be desired. Was rewarded with one of the biggest letdowns in modern games. Really diminishing returns in this series since Brotherhood, IMO. Of course, sales have not diminished, and let's not kid ourselves, that will be what dictates "the end" of this series, not some pre-ordained storyline.
Played this at Comic Con, and it is hilarious. The original, while rough around the edges, is still available as a free download, and I highly recommend it.
I agree with you that SSB is for Nintendo's best to fight each other. I disagree with you if you are trying to tell me that Reggie Fils Amie does not represent Nintendo's best.
As much as I want this to happen, it will not. Because A. All the fan pleading in the world couldn't get Kevin Butler into Sony Smash Bros. All Stars, or whatever the hell, and B. The Wii U is not capable of properly rendering Reggie's otherworldly hair texture.
That's right. This game was made for serious business. Like making Pikachu fight Donkey Kong. How dare they sully it with ridiculous nonsense.
I think Agent is dead, isn't it?
Totally. I enjoyed this game ironically, that is still a kind of enjoyment.
RE5, totally. I am playing RE6 right now. I think you might be some kind of sick masochist.
I appreciate that you are a fan of the series. But look at the direction of this franchise the last few years. RE6, operation raccoon city. Capcom has bombed more frequently than al Qaida.
Resident Evil 6? Essential? I guess essential does not necessarily mean good, or pleasant. ie, "As a 40 year old, it is essential that I get a rectal exam from my doctor."
Your advice is sound. Esp. with the DBZ characters, they are horrible. I'll add to that. Never bet on Blob from the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. To see him lose his entire health bar to a Powerpuff Girl in a single hit was very upsetting.
