As the first poster of this article also said, Valve are still scared, but Its not really "scared", its more like they just havent the people with the knowledge to work the system architecture especially when it comes to making a port. Most companies who are optimising this are generally companies who are making exclusives for ps3's OR porting from ps3 to 360 instead of visa-versa

Thats an amazing achievement, I would have expected them to easily do it since the PS3 is on the up and up, but to do it with so much time left, even that exceeds my biggest expectations. Go sony, keep up the good work, glad to see some people finaly getting sense and buying the ps3 :)
It looks like the altitude is going up and down like crazy, can clearly see water one second then over land, so i would think parachute thrusters or a standalone jetpack. Heres hoping. :)

Totally agree, Kefka might be the unstable crazy guy who laughs and is twisted, but sephiroth adds 100 more layers to the word "evil". Yeah couldnt agree more, I really liked the style of fallout 3 so im looking forward to more of the same. I also would think the guys have alot in mind story-wise so i would like yourself hope for an even longer campaign, but for me what'll get me hooked will be the side missions and dlc which im sure will be plenty ! :)

17% might be good if they werent still getting squashed by the competition but its definately a very good start and maybe they can progress from it i dont know. Its also easier for people to say microsoft should pull out or not try as hard in the asian markets , but really when you look at it, its not just consumers they're in that market for, its games developers also.
If they have enough pull in that market they can attract new developers to the platform that can bring diverse games ...

Yup seems what they did here was cut one game in half and get twice as much money. Good marketing tactics.
If the internet was around in almost every home when the mega-drive or Snes was you'd find yourself being just as annoyed by the excessive flamers stating their console is the best. Most are underage kids with nothing better to do than crave a reaction from their posts.

Wow i really hope they sort out all server issues when this game goes live. I know its only in alpha, but if they've underestimated a small group of hardcore players and their servers crash , then one can only imagine that its going to get alot worse come launch day when ALOT more hardcore gamers will be online exploring like crazy moogles!!
I cannot wait for this myself :)
