True, This is a great win for the ps3. To be honest I think any game Bungie make now will receieve ALOT of hype and will most definately sell well on both platforms. It'll definately help fill the gap in the market for Sony, along with Sony's much better exclusive catlogue.
BUT i still think whatever game they bring out, will be coded on the 360 as those guys would probably be alot more familier with the 360's architecture, and then it'd be ported to the ps3.
Therefore...
A new streets of rage would sell it for me :), I'd freakin play that to death like i did in the day lol.

Wow, I was just saying in an article earlier that it'd have been better to wait for bungie and activisions announcement until E3, BUT, if they announce the new game title then i'll certainly be happy with that.
Regardless of what sony say about this, I really dont think they'll want a halo clone on their console so they'll probably only want something fresh and new from bungie , I hope they deliver as its about time we all got to play their games.
Should be interesting to see if other dev's follow suit.... i.e. Valve. :o
Lets all remember they said reach is the last halo, so theres no need to say that. Thankfully the ps3 will get something fresh and new rather than a stale money-spinner like halo.

I've seen it done on r-type and another game I can't recall before, that you can change to retro graphics and back again. They should've added this feature with this.

This looks very good, and its getting alot of press. I dont own an xbox360 personaly but its good to see healthy competition. I'm sure a game like this will just encourage dev's for the ps3 to try top it. If I do end up getting a 360 and the reviews for this are good I might consider getting it. :)
Im a bit surprised he mentions the likes of halo and gears but seems to forget ps3's God of War 3, clearly a GOTY contender.
Both are great both appeal to different masses, but essentially we all want the same thing and thats a good game to be entertained with regardless of the system its on.
Myself I'm a ps3 player primarily, owning fable 2 and gears for the 360 but i buy my games mainly for the ps3.

As for the show you mention "lazy town" , I have never heard of it so I can only presume you watch shows you should've grown out of watching a long time ago.

Why? Because of the amount of generic games that will be released for it. We already have a bowling game and countless other games which have been tried and tested already but for me bring nothing new to the table.

Totally agree, its time the franchise got a new dev , and new ideas. The clusterf**k of modern warfare 2 was OK , not bad, not great, just ok for the hype. You phrased it perfectly, it wasnt polished. Others may disagree but its the truth.
Im all about infinity ward getting their entitlements out of this battle but the franchise itself needs new life into it and this might be the opportunity.
Yup agree, theres alot for these guys to continue to do, but thank god for beta testing I guess. June ain't too far away now so heres hoping they get it all sorted.
