What i can see in this line, the 2 possible things:
1º) if i play forza offline it will be under 1080p/60fps... ( no they are not dumb to do something like this, no way...)
2º) Forza offline A.I is realy bad... They put all the power in the graphics/physics and A.I is something for the clound. (this looks more like it... yeah i can see this happening...)
What i can see now.
PS4 > more power in hardware + less expensive + more quality 1º party studios (Sony studios> naughty dogs, Japan Studios, Polyphony Digital, Santa Mónica, Media Molecule, Guerrilla Games, sucker punch... this is all tha comes in my mind,correct me if you can...) + less money to take exclusives from other partys + promises good online and cloud support.
X1 > less power + more expensive + good level of quality studios, but...
Watching Halo 5 and expecting good things from 343 industries... I played all Halo games on Pc/360 and i have to say, halo is huge! Halo 4 is a bit of a let down, but it's very hard to beat Bungie and the other halo games.
Let's see if 343 can do the magic of Bungie in Halo 5!

if Playstation get something like 40-60% more sales worldwide than yes, microsoft will make X1 pricecut, probably a no kinect version.
I can't see Sony making pricecut, unless Ps4 flop ( I realy can't see Ps4 floping...). Sony need profit, sony can't bleed anymore, because they are very near "the edge".

this is the next best fighting game! Whit all respect for K.I but Guilty Gears have all things needed to be the next top Tier Fighting Game of this Generation, and if it stays a Ps4 exlusive, this will become a huge thing for Sony!
that is very possible! Gears of war is a ip from Epic, and epic can make gears for ps4 and Xbox one whit no problems.

i'm not saying that the old pokes are good! i'm saying that pokemon need new desingners, i'm saying that some "fakemons" are far better than some pokemons whit stupid and lazy designer.
all gens have their pokemons whit lazy and bad designer, Nintendo need improve the quality oftheir pokemons, make them more badass/cute/interesting to atract people and make me think "I realy like this pokemon"!

I have only one thing to say... Contract a new designer, because most of these new pokemon suck! only some of the mega pokemons are looking good, and 3-9 new pokemons. Majority of this new generation is lokking lame! =P
edit: They should let fans participate in the desing of some pokemons! There are some fantastic "Fakemons" in the net! the design of some "fakemons" is 10x better than most pokemons from gen 5-6!
well... when you have, in a form "almost unquestionably", the best games of the generation as exclusives ( GTA : Sandreas , GTA III , Kingdon Hearts , god of war , GT , Final fantasy X / XII , etc.). graphics really become secondary .
X- 1 and ps4 , they have a similar level in the quality and quantity of games at this point graphs eventually become important as a differentiator , so it is rather importate see who has the best graphics , but only after you are sure ...

If you are a pc guy, go for Pc... if you are nintendo, go WIIU... and if you are microsoft go X-1... there is no wrong choice, there is only the "better choice for you"...
I'm going on Sony boat for now, but this can change... and for you, well... if you fell like going on sony Ps4 boat one day, i'd say "play the 3 GOW games, they are amazing!"
