If you live in USA (or in places like UK or Australia) than X-1 have some extras, the TV thing...
but, if you live in any other place in the world, than yeah, you are right, Ps4 can do almost all things X-1 can do, sometimes it can even do these things better.

This! my situation is very similar. I like handhelds, but i don't like to buy handheld games. (unless the game is something amazing and/or have countless hours of replay, like pokemon, Zelda, monster hunter or Persona )
