No, steam box is a "Pc on TV". Why ya ask? because it's a custom machine that can be improved overtime and can run OS like linux and windows, this make Steam box a PC.

nothing under R$ 1200,00, normaly Brazilian console price goes in the line of 3x - 4x USA console price. This means something in the line of R$ 1200-1600.

on topic: good thing That killzone "dedicated servers" are appearing and showing that "dedicated servers" are not exclusive things from microsoft or something that is only possible in the Azure cloud environment. It's something good for the IP and good for sony in general, shows that it can bring cutting edge services.

Dedicated Servers is not something exclusive to microsoft "dedicated servers", this whole "cloud" and "300,000 dedicated server" is bullshit coming from microsoft!

i agree that spec. are not all, but better price and more friendly user politics (like free-to-play and less things like " you need pay to use this") are, for sure, a great advantage that the ps4 have. (besides better spec.)

this is a huge bet, I have no doubt that some games will be played with comfort and ease with this control, but I did not put the "hand in fire" to predict whether this will be a success or will be a failure, i think that the 2nd option is more plausible, because majority of people don't like radical changes like this. I still prefer Guilty Gears, and Guilty, to this point, is Ps4 exclusie.

Intel CPU, like a pc... Use Pc video cards, as a pc...is build like a pc... has custom parts and possibility to grow more powerfull, like a pc... can play windows/linux, like pc.
well... i think steam box is more like a Pc than a console (this isn't a bad thing, not at all.)
