i am a zelda fanboy, but i wouldn't have picked Switch for it because i do not like the console and what it has to offer. Now that i have WiiU, it makes switch even less relevant.
i'll see when the next Zelda is out (maybe in 5 years), if everything goes well for the machine of course.
BoTW is a mix of greatness and disappointment. It is the most impressive open world i have ever played the feeling of freedom is a little too much for me, and also for the series.

and for me one of the worst, after ff13.
ff8 remake? let them make an hd remaster first.

People have different financial situations and each has his own sweet spot.
This will benefit ps4 more than switch, trust me. It had the games catalogue and popularity to back this up.
People will not buy switch to buy switch, you need to be a minimum fan of the brand and the device in particular. ...

same as what you are saying, you can't play NioH, Horizon, GR2, RE7, NieR, GT, PES, COD, Mass Effect on Switch and that is why consumers are likely to be getting PS4 over switch anytime

don't agree. if a person only has switch price in money, goes to the retailer and finds PS4 at the same price there is high chance they end up getting it instead.
switch has everything to prove, has a lame online infrastructure and doesn't have any exclusive worth of buying, as of now. there is mario in the end of the year, that's it so far.

i'm more excited for this than you will ever be.. i bought wiiu collector zelda wind waker for this next zelda and even before it was announced.
i bought nds zelda edition with phantom hourglass back then, and bought wind waker on gamecube with the extra disc including all previous zeldas (except link to the past). not sure you have heard about this before.
