i have both, zelda on wiiu and horizon in 4k hdr.
i didn't advance far in HZD but i can tell out of my experience with zelda (almost finished it) that zelda is way inferior to its predecessors in terms of fun factor.
HZD has much more interesting NPCs and much deeper and engaging fighting mechanics.
BOTW is a massive world but has so many shortcomi...

I have been gaming since Atari 2600 and to me, the best console ever is PS3 for various reasons.
Ihave always been gaming on console gaming, exclusively! And i was 99% of the time playing japanese games cause i grew up with them. Ask me about the tiniest and least known JRPG on megadrive, snes, PS1 and there is BIG chance i played it.

The game starts gun blazing and the world seems so rich.
Later on you reach the first story area with the Champion you love it you get some story but the longer you go in the game the more got realize it's a scam. Each area works exactly the same way, getting piece of memory the same way, fighting together with champion descendant and all this for ridiculous castle where the main puzzle is turn things around. And when you are done you go to next ...

No cause I didn't buy any of them. Tlou remaster actually added so much. The game is completely different 4k 60fps. As I said I didn't buy it and I'm not planning to.

I had much more fun with skyward than botw. The more I play it the more I'm bored. The 4 dungeons are too similar is exactly the same mechanics. Going from place to place is long, boring and exhausting.
