I hope they do too. Software sales are not bad at all, about 2.25 games per person. Also, if you look at the sales of ACL, LBPV, Persona 4, and COD, which were all released several months ago, software sales are strong. The ratio of games per person is about .15 behind that of the 3DS. People want the games, they just need a bigger player base.
Why is it relevant that it had a better launch than the 360 and PS3? Those consoles were released 6 years ago.

You people don't seem to get it. Nintendo consoles NEVER have a cod base. The highest selling COD on the Wii U is just over 2 million copies sold which is 1/45 of their console sales. You wanna know what the number 2 through 4 best selling games are on the Xbox and the top three games are for the PS3. Take a guess. You're damn right, it's not going to happen anytime soon.
I'd like to ask you why Activision needs the Wii U when most of Nintendo's customers are kids. As previously mentioned in an earlier post, only 1 mil copies sold on the Wii. That is pathetic compared to the PS3 and 360. You say Activision needs the Wii U. WHY? It doesn't need it at all. It needs new systems that can provide an actual jump in hardware and allow for more innovations with the games they make.
