Anyone who wants to have this conversation should take some time to look at Jim Sterling's take on open world games: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
It's an old debate... Open world/map size does not necessarily equal great content.
In the driver's defense, it's not easy to drive on Mars while drunk texting... Probably didn't even see him...
And what about those irresponsible martian parents leaving their martian kids in the car while shopping at the mall? I don't understand this world anymore...
You gotta admit that season passes are way overpriced though -5 characters for $40 CAD (sorry you'll have to convert to your currency), with this one being the fourth, for a total of 20 characters for $160 CAD when the base game with 18 characters was maybe $80 CAD? I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth (I said, while I was reaching for my wallet).
And what about when Capcom used to lock characters that were already on disk behind a paywall (MvC3)? ...
Am I the only one who's tired of having to buy fighting games in pieces? I'm still not over having to pay extra for Blanka...
Aww, so much hate... I wouldn't mind, Ciri is hot...
Awww... you didn't even mention the virtual boy...
Jokes aside, no one is mentioning the portable consoles - Gotta give sum luv to the DS... I suppose "TV" console was implied... still, sold 154 millions, according to Wikipedia, although it likely includes a lot of variants... The Gameboy did very well too...
What is that obsession with cloud gaming? I thought we were done with it 5 years ago...
Can't wait for the sequel... Trump-Fu: Legacy of Tweeting Don
Unfortunately not all tracks are available in multiplayer (contrary to Driveclub), but it's a decent single player experience. My friends and I prefer Driveclub for mp, feels a little more arcady and has more tracks, with more flexibility with the environment customization (day and night cycle, limited weather options, etc). Driveclub is probably the best psvr racer, with the obvious exception of Wipeout (god that game is soooo good).
You might very well be right - something similar happened to me, and my controller died as I was turning. Guess what? Delsin kept running in circles! At first, I didn't realize that my controller had died. I thought it was a bug, none of the controls responded... hilarious, in hindsight...
Holy cow! Now I know where my bonus is going this year...
I was very pleasantly surprised by Ni No Kuni - one of the best rpgs I've played in a long time...
Can't wait for your article on Capcom...
I like to have the informed opinion of someone who's played the game and whose opinion I respect before I dish out $60 just to end up being disappointed.
The trick is to find the reviewers who perceive a specific gaming genre the same way as you do and who keep their integrity throughout their reviews. Not easy these days, there're too many bad/sell out reviewers out there...
Come on, he probably means his total HD used space.
I have 3 32gb, 1 16gb, and a lousy 4gb cards. I have collected all the ps+ games since they started giving them for the Vita, and that's 1 almost full 32gb card... I love ps+, and yes, it's still worth it even though you have to pay for the extra card (which means about $130 total - starting to get expensive...), but I could use a 128gb at a reasonable price...
I am forced to go almost entirely digital because the retailers in my region won't order too many cop...
