I bought their N adapter when it was released a few months ago. Picked it up for $70 (still way too much considering the technology) and it's okay but not without issues. On XBL I almost never disconnect but for some odd reason when I am downloading DLC I disconnect often. I can't seem to figure out why. It is very frustrating but I don't down load that often so it's not that big a deal.

For me personally IGN stopped being relevant years ago. They are a shell of their former selves.
They are completely out of touch with gaming. They have turned into a rag site looking for hits just like every other gaming site today. It's so hard to find quality articles amongst all the garbage today. It's hard to blame them (IGN) though. Hits = money and controversy = hits.
I knew when I saw the title I would see a reply like this.
As a hardcore gamer it has already failed for me personally but you know MS will market this device like no other. It will have the sales but will it be enough to recoup their investment? I personally have no interest in this device. I prefer kicking back in my big comfy recliners when gaming and not standing or positioning myself directly in front of the display.

I didn't see a whole lot of press or expectations surrounding this title. Another sensationalist headline. I love racers but I have not got around to picking up this game. I was a big fan of Pure. Thought it was a great game for their first attempt.
A couple of my friends that picked up Split Second have had nothing but positive things to say. I am looking forward to playing it for myself soon.
