I thought it looked like a 360 (slightly) shrunk in a dryer and painted shiny piano black. It would've been nice if it had a front loaded disc drive but no they stuck with the tray drive and now they have excluded their original user base by having a new proprietary hard drive.

I'm a little frustrated but mostly disappointed with MS right now.
I kept waiting for the big announcements and amazing new IP's but all we got was the usual games and kinect, kinect, kinect and more kinect.
Timed exclusives, going after Sony's games, over the op ($$$) marketing campaigns and ALL that money could be spent on new IP's or creating or purchasing studio support.
I rarely ever purchase DLC. In the past 5 years I might have spent $40 to 50 dollars on DLC between the 360 and PS3.
The only problem is E3 isn't geared towards the casual gamer.
I don't get what MS was thinking. They have to have more than that, don't they?
I came away thinking MS is on the verge of abandoning the hardcore audience like Nintendo did. Other than the usual suspects, where were the GAMES MS? The only way Sony wont have a better show is if they only focus on Move or don't show up!

Gears and Reach were cool but all this video chatting and television watching with Kinect is boring the sh!t out of me. Is this a freaking gaming console or not? If I want to call someone I have a phone. If I want to video chat I can do that on my PS3 but guess what? I never did because I use my gaming consoles to play video games. I liked the Gears 3 footage. It was definitely more impressive than Reach. At first I thought damn Reach looks amazing when they got off the ship. Look at those textures on those rocks! Then it zoomed out to actual gameplay and the rocks look nearly 40% less sharped and the details were not nearly as good.

They are showing more and more Move videos daily. It is capable then a lot more than I initially gave it credit for. It just went from my meh list to possible purchase. I have a feeling after E3 it will move into my must have list release day.

But you left out the differences that the games will be in high def, more precise/accurate controls, true digital audio, 3D, better online, more studio support and you can always use the system for hi def movies (BluRay) when you're not gaming.
