IMO it's the best fighting game this generation and easily one my favorite fighter Capcom has ever made. Where does Capcom and Namco go from here? After playing this game non stop since it's release I don't see myself, at least not in the near future, wanting to play SF or Tekken without each other. This game truly is that good. Capcom did an exceptional job.
It's a shame they tainted such an excellent game with greedy business practices...

If Evo cared they wouldn't have used the PS3 version of SFIV or SSFIV since it was proven time and time again it had 2 frames a second input lag.

I rarely post on them but I am a big fight fan and I pick up almost every fighter for all available formats. With that said, after playing both the PS3 and 360 version on my displays since the game released, SFxTekken looks better on the 360. To be honest it's pretty noticeable even if you haven't played them side by side on the same panel at the same time, as I have on my triple panel setup.

After reading your review I cant help but come away thinking the score should be even lower since you were turned off by the price. Most games today run better once installed.
You can't install any game with a 4gig hard drive.
MS should've never went this route just to have a lower priced sku. 2 or 3 demos take up the entire drive.

DLC isn't used as a crutch, ship it now patch it later is the crutch some developers rely on. DLC is used as a money maker and devs and publishers are making it hand over fist. I personally don't care for DLC. As a matter of fact, in some cases, I think it flat out sucks the life out of games for me personally. But now it's too late because it's here to stay and I doubt Nintendo will be able to stay out of it or have any control over it. Especially with 3rd party support.
It's the Samsung D8000 46" LED displays. They have less than 1/2" bezel. They are made of glass so when you over lap them the display shines right thru. It's like having no bezels at all.
Yes you can play online. Just hook the 3 360's into a spare router and an active net cable into the router and you're good to go. The center display houses your XBL account and that is the one you use to play on XBL with. It's a lot easier to setup than it might...
The Fanatec CSR Wheel w/pedals for $249 is compatible with the 360, PS3 and PC. It's an incredible wheel. I had one before switching to the CSR Elite wheel that I'm currently rocking in my Forza setup.

For me it's simple.
No disc drive, no purchase.
I am not buying games that have no trade in or resell value of any kind. Most people part with their games once they grow tired, complete or just need some additional funds to get new games or recoup some cash in general.
I'm not worried about it though because MS is anything but stupid and a move to digital only would be sub moronic.

A fighters dream come true. SF and Tekken characters in one game. Money well spent on an such an ambitious title. Hopefully Namco will do as fine a job when they release Tekken x Street Fighter.

There is no chance it would not have a disc tray of some kind. They are not going to go full on digital download. That would put restraints on their consumer base. Not everyone has broadband or a high enough bandwidth to utilize it fully.

BXbomber I couldn't agree more. DLC is DLC and it's been out of control the past few years now. This is no different than when Capcom had the costumes already on disc with SFIV. It's also barely any different than most developers making DLC along side of game development only to release it for a price at launch of the title or shortly there after.

The only way MS is going to do anything for me is if they announce their new system and show it up and running. Their past couple E3's have been pretty lack luster. I want new hardware from them. Now is the time.
