Last year Sony had the overall number 3 TV last year in terms of overall quality and performance BUT they were number one overall for an LED display.
#1 Pansonic (plasma)
#2 Samsung (plasma)
#3 Sony (LED)
So I'm not sure how anyone can say Sony doesn't make quality products unless they are clueless or simply trolling. They had the best LED on the market the past 2 years running and this year might make it 3.

Rip, not always.
Remember the Virtual Boy?
I do. I remember trying it out at a gaming store a friend of mine owned. That thing gave me such a headache. I believe it was only on the market for one year. So I think it's safe to say that particular device from Nintendo didn't do just fine.
If memory serves my right I was roughly 220-225 (lbs) when I hit 465 on the bench. Give it or 5lbs.
I just have one of those bodies built for benching. I don't lift any more, too old and busted. It's a shame too because I have a ton of equipment. If not for my son I would sell it all and get some mad gaming accessories.
When you start hitting the 3's that is some serious, serious weight. When you hit 4 you feel like godlike. When you hit 5? I wouldn't know but got so, so close (465lbs). Blew my left shoulder and bicep out on the same day. Haven't seen the other side of 4 since.
But seriously, anything over 300lbs is man power. Not many people hit that number, at least not naturally, and I know a lot of people that have tried.
Keep at it Qwark. Just make sure you...
How does trash like her become news in any way shape or form? Reality TV is out of control and especially ideas.
I couldn't agree more with this being a recipe for disaster. Need for Speed doesn't even have a true identity so how will this movie?
NFS has been all over the place. Every couple years they take this series in a completely different directions with several different developers over the years. I just don't see it coming over as anything but a B movie. <- "wannabe" movie
I'm of an opinion of one, my own.
As all of us should be. Why rely on someone else?
Answer, don't.
Jupiter's cock!
Oh wait, that's Spartacus.
This video, and all the others pertaining to this Lakeside Center, should've been linked to this article (or lack there of) in the first place.
But no, I had to go and research this center which this minimalistic article pertains too and low and behold? A plethora of information on the center, the employees, students and how Kinect is implemented into their daily routine.
Why didn't techtroid take the time and do a little bit of research themselves an...
So you created an account just to make no sense? Wow ok. Yes this title is completely misleading. Show me where the therapist said this autistic person moving in ways she has not seen him move before = it is helping this person. You can't.
I, the reader, am suppose to fact check the expert being used in this fluff piece (let's be honest here, that is all this is, a PR fluff piece)? No, it is the authors job to introduce and give us information on who this expert is, h...
A therapist said "1" of her patients plays games on Kinect where he is able to fully engage and use both sides of his body in ways that she has never seen him use it before.
How does one therapist saying "one" person with autism interacting with Kinect equates to "Kinect Helping Kids With Autism" <- That is totally misleading and inaccurate. Why? Because this extremely thin article does not go into any details. Who is this therapist? How long ...
Bookmarking this comment of mine.
Why? Because if you people think these are in game graphics captures you need to stop sniffing glue. They are way too detailed, especially the character models, and the lighting effects coupled with that detail would surpass any game I have seen on a console this generation.
You guys seriously need to stop fallen for early screenshots and perceiving them as anything but hype. It doesn't matter if the CGI (cutscenes) are using the ...
These most likely are CGI shots from the cut scenes.
If this generation has taught us anything it's dont believe the hype because more often than not the end result falls short.
I'm more interested in how 343 handles the online portion of the game. Bungie had / has, IMO, the best online netcode for shooters on the 360. It runs like butter.
Man you (Jamie) really didn't like this game. I think a 5.7 is a little rough though. I am playing it on my Fanatec CSR Elite wheel and Namco didn't design this game to be played with a wheel. I would imagine the game is much easier on a pad.
Although I do agree the game is difficult at times, I haven't played an event I couldn't place 1st to 3rd in after a few tries. I almost have the game completed and have scored 3 stars on most events.

Let me take a crack at this.
Why isn't Kinect connecting with hardcore gamers?
Buttons, input, lacking 1 to 1 ratio, games on rails because of the previous listed. Am I getting close?
Seriously, is this article for real? Kinect is a casual magnet and MS is marketing as such. Nothing but smoke and mirrors/ dog and pony show. Wishful thinking and pipe dreams is what MS is selling with Kinect. Not games, especially not "hardcore/core audience" games...
I agree. I told a friend tonight the only thing this game has in common with RR is the rubber band AI. Other than that is doesn't feel a thing like Ridge Racer in any way shape or form.
It cant be the same team responsible for RR iterations of the past. But at least this game works with my wheel. Blur and Split Second didn't.
I just received my copy of RRU from Gamefly. It's actually a lot of fun on my wheel. Better than I thought it would be. Personally I think it's a solid 8. I like it a lot more than Blur or Split Second but not as much as Burnout Paradise.
Definitely worth the rental but I don't think I would purchase it since arcade racers are usually short lived.
"Quality > Quantity"
Yes, this is without a doubt true. The best part of being a PS3 consumer is you get the best of both worlds.
I think the reason some are still so frustrated with MS and their use of Kinect goes back to MS's debut of Natal at E3 2009 (if my memory isn't failing me) and then their misleading hype of how this device would work with mainstream / core games.
Fast forward to E3 2010 and we were served the reality of what Kinect (code name Natal) was actually capable of (Skittles n Dance games) being implemented into casual games.
I'm not frustrated with MS b...
Killer Instinct is not going to happen. I read an article not too long ago where Rare said they are not, and have no plans too, create a new Killer Instinct. Some dumb drivel about how they don't want to just cut and paste it with this generation graphics, not enough fan base wanting it (yeah what ever Rare), or the people (dev team left. In other words $$$ to develop it) to do the series justice.
Now of course I am paraphrasing because it's been quite a while since I...
