they could be lightweight apps. i doubt he has photoshop, aperture, final cut, etc open. cause that'd destroy his computer...
for me, i never have more than 7 "real" apps open. i have the background stuff like coversutra and quicksilver, and 7 more apps like pages, safari, adium etc. my comp doesn't hang.
i should go download every app from apple's download page.. haha
adium in its current form doesn't have video chat. not sure about voice chat though.

i wholly disagree. unless you actually have a use for all the plugins that firefox offers, there's no other reason to get it. if all you need is an internet browser, safari is sufficient. i have yet to come upon a website that safari screws up rendering for.

yeah, the limit for FiOS is ridiculously high. limitations are the modems connected at the ends. which is why they won't need to lay down new infrastructure any time soon, but just keep improving the electronics.

i do agree that its 16bit graphics had its great charm, but i would love to see terra, celes, locke, sabin, edgar, etc remade in hi def. it holds such a grand place in my heart that i want a ffvi remake more than an ffvii one.
however, if i play ffvii over again (haven't played it again since my first playthrough) maybe nostalgia will hit me and make me want a remake of that too

playing the viewful joe 2 demo erased the memory card in slot 1. don't ask me how it did it..
gamer score means nothing. losing game saves is everything. i'm looking at you sony and your holiday 2003 demo disk.... i lost my all my saves on my memory card. literally 3 or 4 months total time. i was devistated when i lost my 90+% completed GT3 save..
snakes a complete lust possessed super hero.. like if you direct the microphone at snake in mgs2 during the sniping scene, you hear him going, oh yeah... thats thats the stuff.. and in brawl, if you do something in a certain way, you hear him wanting to bone zero suit samus...
yeah, it gives you a deeper level of immersion than the game does. makes you feel for the characters. also makes you wonder why they didn't implement more of the story into the game, especially since the author of the books is the writer for the series. anyways, go Linda and Kelly. my favorite characters. and the way that Kurt went out... legendary.
