Kind of a weird headline, it's not news. It's like saying a kindergartener is 5 or 6 years old. of course the PC is 5 or 6 years ahead of consoles. The PS3 came out 5 years ago, and the 360 6 years ago.
It would have to be untrue in order to be slander. Do you have origin? If So I'd read the EULA.

I'd heard origin was going to be required, but I didn't know EA would sell your info to 3rd parties. It's bad enough that they'd have my info. Was psyched for BF3, now not getting it unless they switch over to steam.
If those were the best games coming out next year. 2012 would be a worse year than 2005. And 2005 was BAD.
I can't think of anything that's wrong with it. It's beautiful and immersive, in spite of that I was never able to get into it. I've always wondered why.

No question I lost respect for cvg for their stupid article and will never again take them seriously. So don't think I'm defending them for what I'm about to say.
Those games you mentioned aren't pc games. They are all games that were first on consoles then brought over to the pc. perhaps even released at the same time on the pc as their console counterparts. But they are console games. Portal, fallout, call of duty, crysis and bejeweled all have their roots in pc gami...

I think mentioning bejewel proved that they aren't serious about this article. They might actually be dumb enough to believe that these games are better on consoles but they can't actually believe the reasons they gave.

Oh, and to all the people saying a betas purpose is to help you decide whether or not you want to buy the game or how it will run on your system you've got it wrong. The whole point of a beta is to test for bugs.

The campaigns are memorable, but for me a prerequisite of a good campaign is being a little bit longer than 6 hours.
