Saying they're not going to discuss the game "for a while yet" and saying this year and year next will be the years of Witcher, doesn't mean they won't discuss Cyberpunk 2077 until 2017. BS Gamespot......unless I'm blind, and missed an entire paragraph in the article.
I just want to point out Fallout 3 came out almost 7 years ago. If you're referring to New Vegas, it should be noted that Bethesda wasn't part of that games development.
first trailers for games are almost never indicative of the final product.
@jmc8888 "No one follows the rules" is actually a really bad analogy, since that's not even the point. The point is when you break the rules, regardless of how unjust they may seem, sometimes there will be consequences.
Way to keep up with the times.....
How can you tell what the condoms look like? They're still in there packaging?
Very highly detailed, but far from photo realistic.
It won't be. Give Valve a little credit, they're a successful business; They'll do whatever maximizes revenue. Making a game only for people who have VR would cripple Half Life 3. I realize the amount of people with access to VR will increase exponentially next year. But will still only be a fraction of the market.
Am I missing something? Isn't one of the selling points of a console the fact that they have games that are exclusively on their platform? How will Steam Machines eliminate that problem?
I don't want a prequel. But 4 things I can think of off the top of my head that a prequel would almost certainly have:
New characters
New story lines
New game play
New bad ass enemies
The problem might be how long it's taking to release this (I don't know I haven't been following it), but one easy solution is to not give a specific release date to the public until the game is near gold.
way to go! You only need like another 950000 to make a difference.
"A storm of discontent on the part of fans of the game, because most of them sincerely believed in the truth of the words of Rockstar Games release dates" Why? Why would anyone believe any developer when they set a release date? Never trust a release date until it's actually gold.
That's exactly why I read multiple reviews before buying a game. Anyone who relies on only one review to decide if they will get a game is often making a mistake.
stop spreading lies
Did you look at the system requirements? Maybe they're accurate, but doesn't it seem suspicious to you that the game will run on an 9 year old pc? Hardware that's barely on par, maybe subpar with the last generation of consoles? Also how often do developers release system requirements for a game almost a year before it's released?
It kind of sounds like they're just being upfront about it, as opposed to having all the content available on day one but waiting a month or a few to release any dlc, to make it look like it wasn't ready when the game launched.
I think the article said the game was originally suppose to have 4 playable hunters and one playable monster. The article also said the final game comes with 12 playable hunters and 3 playable monsters. Quite a bit more than promised.
Charging ...
Now I want to play Heroes of Might and Magic 2 Gold Edition.
this news may cause some fallout with the fans
Keep in mind it's like half a dozen heads among a few other "things". Either way you have a good point.
