I played DI demo and even though the graphics are kinda lame it has an interesting premise just like GOD. Kratos will kill the gods and climb the mount olympus in the back of the titans and DI will give us a glimpse of hell. Gameplay wise DI is not a bad game either, it has some GOW elements but that's cool. How many lame shooters are copying Halo and CoD gameplay and nobody's saying crap, most of them sell well too.
Then people come and blame video games when their kids do something wrong like taking their cars. "Man that's GTA's fault for showing my kids how to do a carjacking!"

What I don't understand is why destructoid wants Heavy Rain to be compared with other games when the focus of it, is the story! If you want to let people know that the narrative in Heavy Rain it's amazing then it is obvious for it to be compared with films and not games.

Monster Hunter it's a huge franchise in Japan, that's why it sold so well. Just like when the X360 beat the PS3 in sales when the gazillion of jrpg's were coming out (Tales of Vesperia, Star Ocean IV, Blue Dragon, Etc).
If a console that it's almost dead in Japan could achieve something like that then imagine how much better the Wii would do with its third party sales when a game like Monster Hunter gets released in the console. Monster Hunter will sell a lot no matter on what co...

BTW, don't you have to change discs when you go from one planet to the other in Mass Effect 2? That's what I heard! Maybe you can do do some backtracking in FFXIII by changing discs backwards? Who knows... Because last time I checked in the PS1 you just couldn't. You forgot something in the third disc but you're in the fourth one then you're screwed.
I just came from Gamestop and they said that the game's coming out tomorrow. I got so exited for nothing and these next 24 hours will be the longest ever. =(
