I know I won't be buying it. Not after all that Crysis 2 crap they pulled.
Yeah, you're right actually.
RIP Halo multiplayer.
This video is old.
Always online? Yeah ok. You keep telling yourself that.
I loved that ending! It built up so much hype for Halo 3 it was ridiculous!
I never cry for any book, movie, game or anything like that. Ever. But MGS4 had me teary eyed and I was starting to choke up. No movie has ever brought me to that point.
Hahaha! 4K! Are you joking?
They are laying the groundwork for Halo 5, which will no doubt be on the next gen Xbox. Halo 4 isn't very far from completion, they're going to need something to do after Halo 4 is done.
Optimizing isn't just something they can quick do in a couple of days. It requires a lot of time and money, and they are still restrained by the limits of the hardware. It doesn't have limitless power.
WOW! I'm so surprised! I never would have guessed that the framerate would be the same as the 5 other Halo games, and 95% of other games!
/sarcasm
They need to take longer to make these games. Seriously, 2 years is not enough time to make significant improvements to a game franchise.
And so help me if they release a 4th Forza game on the 360, that would be completely ridiculous. Forza has pushed the 360 as far as it can go, technological advances would be negligible at best if the next Forza game is on 360.
Absolutely. Each Halo game with an engine upgrade has been built on the foundations of the previous Halo game's engine.
Watch this video from 2:30 to 3:00. He says they "ended up gutting almost every part of the engine." Clearly Reach is built off of Halo 3's engine, it's just been heavily modified. The same holds true for their other Halo games.
They are going to gut it and rebuild off the foundations, it's going to be heavily modified. They did this with Halo 2,3, and Reach.
No surprise here. Bungie has always re-used their engines. Halo 2 was built of off the Halo 1 engine, and Halo 3 off the Halo 2 engine, and Halo Reach of off the Halo 3 engine.
Bungie just released in 2010, any game they have ever released with an upgraded engine has always had a 3 year development cycle. With next gen consoles likely to come late 2013, it wouldn't make any sense for them to release on this gen hardware, so I don't really see how it's even a quest...
Honestly, this probably makes the top 5 most retarded things postes in N4G.
Stop making noise to get attention, anyone who knows anything about Valve or the gaming industry at all knows this isn't true.
The 360 controller is amazing. It's pretty much perfect. However I do like having a newer revised controller to go with a new console.
I'm kind of weird like that though.
HAHAHAHA!! No.
Haha. Nope.
Well, I doubt that Crysis 3 would be exclusive to PC, so the chances of it being anything like Crysis 1 is precisely 0.
So unless it's absolutely phenomenal, I will not be buying it.
I'm sure there will be multiple better games out around that time anyway. And even if there isn't, I will still have multiple older games that are much better.
