The article is about EA's online pass. He is saying sort of like "Why should I pay for an MMO, if I pay for Xbox Live?" He is saying the same thing about EA's online pass. I guess he should not buy EA games then.
That's a tough choice. I want my games in HD with trophies, but with BC for the entire PS2 library will leave you with more choices and cheaper games. Very tough. I like both I guess. :/

The only reason they aren't pushing 3D as hard as Sony is because Sony needs to sell their 3DTVs so they have to pitch 3D to everyone. I think MS is just taking a wait and se let's be honest, not that many people can e approach with 3D. Andtake advantage of 3D at the moment.

It's not about being stupid, but I sort of agree. I do not want to pay a fee for playing one game. For MMOs, you need to put a lot of time into them as well as pay a fee. That takes away a lot of time from trying to play new games that come out.
